As much as possible, Brewing With Spices And Herbs sources products from the best local suppliers. For those 'hard-to-find' products (ie. not available locally), exceptional quality international suppliers are utilised.

All suppliers have achieved certifications in at least one of the following food safety, hygiene and quality management systems:

  • SABS SANS 10330:2007
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point)
  • ISO 22000 (previously PAS 220:2008)
  • ISO 9001:2008
